Urban street food is part of the day-to-day culture in South America. The aromas of the asado (BBQ beef ribs) permeate the lanes and alleyways of these colourful nations. The choripan or “chorizo in a bread roll” is a mainstay of Latin street food where the hearty chorizo sausage served with chimichurri; a salsa style pesto sauce, combines flavour and passion that typifies South American culture. We have combined the colours of La Boca: a famous district in Buenos Aires, featuring brightly painted recycled materials as the inspiration for the design of our food vans.
